Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Bloxtopia (“Bloxtopia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at bloxtopia.gg and any related services, features, and content (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• “Account” means the personal account you register to use the Service.
• “Balance” means the Robux you have earned on the Service and that is available to redeem.
• “Rewards” means the Robux and Roblox in-game items you redeem and receive through the Service.
• “Offers” means tasks, surveys, app installs, sign-ups, and similar activities made available through the Service, typically supplied by third-party advertising and offerwall partners.
• “Provider” means a third party whose offers, surveys, or other activities are made available through the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

To earn and redeem Rewards you must register an Account and connect a valid Roblox account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• One Account per person. Operating multiple Accounts, or sharing or transferring an Account, is prohibited.
• You must own, or be authorized to use, the Roblox account you connect. You are responsible for complying with Roblox’s own terms when using your Roblox account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Service lets you earn Robux toward your Balance by completing activities, including Offers, Quests, the Spin, daily rewards, and other features we may add or remove over time. The amount of Robux awarded for any activity is set by us and may change at any time.

Your Balance reflects Robux you have earned on the Service. It has no cash value, is not legal tender or any form of stored value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. It can only be redeemed as Rewards through the Service as described below.

Credit for completing an Offer depends on the relevant Provider confirming your completion to us. Some activities take time to verify, and a Provider may decline to confirm a completion. We do not control Provider tracking and cannot guarantee that every activity will be credited.

You may invite friends to the Service using your personal referral link from the Invite Friends page. Subject to these Terms and our anti-fraud checks:

• Each genuine new user who signs up through your link receives a starting bonus.
• You earn a percentage of the Robux your referred users go on to earn, credited to your Balance automatically.
• Only real, independent sign-ups qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any attempt to manufacture referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of related Rewards.

The starting bonus and earning percentage are shown in-product and may change. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.

You can redeem your Balance as Rewards on the Redeem page. Robux Rewards are delivered through the Roblox platform, which may require you to set up a Roblox game pass so that we can complete delivery. You are responsible for following the on-screen instructions accurately.

• Redemptions may be subject to minimum balance thresholds, verification, and processing times.
• We may require additional verification of your identity or account ownership before processing a redemption.
• Delivery of Robux and Roblox items depends on the availability and rules of the Roblox platform, which are outside our control.

Robux is credited to your Balance on the expectation that the underlying activity is valid. If a Provider reverses, charges back, or invalidates a completion, or if we determine that your Balance was credited in error or through prohibited conduct, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your Balance, reverse a redemption, or set your Balance to zero. If your Balance is insufficient, the deficit may be applied against future earnings.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple Accounts, or use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, VPNs, or proxies to complete activities or disguise your identity or location;
• Submit false information to Providers, or attempt to defraud, manipulate, or reverse-engineer offer tracking or reward systems;
• Engage in self-referrals, incentivized fake sign-ups, or any other scheme to obtain Balance or Rewards you have not genuinely earned;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and access to the Service, and withhold or cancel unpaid or pending Rewards, at our discretion and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk for us, other users, or our Providers. Balance and Rewards associated with prohibited conduct are forfeited. You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Offers, surveys, and other activities are provided by Providers, and the Service may contain links to third-party sites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, terms, or privacy practices of any Provider or third party. Your dealings with a Provider, including any activity you complete and any data you share, are solely between you and that Provider and may be subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

The Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Bloxtopia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “Bloxtopia” and our logos may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular activity will be credited or any Reward delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloxtopia and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, Balance, or Rewards, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloxtopia and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Bloxtopia is not affiliated, associated, or partnered with Roblox Corporation in any way. We are not authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and “Robux” are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, used here only to describe the Rewards available through the Service. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox Corporation’s own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the steps below, you and Bloxtopia submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Send a written description of your claim to us using the contact details below; we will aim to acknowledge and respond within 30 days. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where available.
